CJC no DAC
CJC no DAC (Modified GRF 1-29) is a 29-amino acid GHRH analog carrying substitutions at positions 2, 8, 15, and 27 that render it resistant to dipeptidyl peptidase IV cleavage. At the receptor level it binds somatotroph GHRH receptors and activates adenylate cyclase through Gs coupling, elevating intracellular cAMP in culture. The absence of a drug affinity complex gives it a substantially shorter biochemical half-life than CJC-1295 with DAC, a property exploited in pulse-mode receptor stimulation protocols. Supplied lyophilized for in vitro research use only.
